Coiba Island Panama
We intended to make it to the island by morning, however due to heavy seas, we had to pull back on the throttle. Only making 6 knots over ground moved our arrival to 4:30. We found a snug harbor on the north end of the island and dropped the hook. Our intentions were to go ashore and walk the dogs, grab a bite to eat and pull out at midnight. While on the beach the Park patrol at Anwa harbor around the East side of the island informed us we had to come to their post and register. $100 dollars later and 8:00 at night we were back on Adventure.
